Our focus was on maximising the performance of Shopify within Bluebella’s wider IT stack — identifying opportunities to drive efficiency, improve integration, and support long-term digital maturity. We also advised on the brand’s first-ever physical retail space — a London pop-up — bringing insight into experiential retail and connecting the team with trusted specialists across PR, digital, and creative.
