  • The ‘Social Business’ strategy where early on the brand embraced social media to create brand advocates of both employees and customers
  • Sexy Shapes: Probably Europe’s largest fashion digital personalisation project
  • Supplier manual migrated to a digital environment
  • Digital and video based learning and development materials: vital in delivery World-Class service and paving the way for e-learning
  • InTouch internal communication and engagement platform – via desktop and app
  • Customer care guidelines for a multi and omni-channel world
