We’ve embraced digital marketing since 1997 when sending our first customer e-mails. Today we leverage the many digital channels and techniques while remembering that if content and creative is the king, conversion is the queen. Key team members were pioneers of social media with interactive user bulletin boards as part of TOPSHOP’s website way back in 1998. As we went through the Noughties, the realisation of how powerful and transformational social media would be led to social being a main focus for our ongoing learning and, from 2010, a key agency focus.

As a start-up Katherine Hamilton gained expert strategic consultation on how to approach marketing. From what channels to prioritise to benchmarks and KPIs, we collaborated with the team to kick-start the brand’s social and digital marketing.

During late 2020 we launched a campaign designed to influence a demanding B2B audience and cut through in a competitive market. Stage one was the social and content marketing strategy and delivery.
